i dont think so. Just go to the gym or go jogging everyday or as often as you can and ul shed that baby fat reall quick. Thats what my mommy did and it worked great for her!

Honestly a diet is about eating as little as you can while excercising the most. People can’t make money off of that so they make up other speical programs that can sometimes work, but are usually a waste of money. Sometimes the truth hurts.

yes, quitting soda is defintiely a good start. throw out the soda and start drinking only water. then, run on the treadmill, if u can try to run at least 3, shoot for 4 times a week. then eat a medium protein, low carb, low fat diet. then do some ab exercises. this will not only burn more calories in the abdominal region, but also maybe start to sculpt some abs. and alot of guys think girls with abs are very ****

and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not drink diet!! that stuff really does not work and take it from someone who knows!!! they just put aspartame in it and that stuff is terrible and can cause SOOO many health issues!!! Drink green tea instead….that REALLY works.
Another thing is work out at least two times a week
when you eat breakfast….eat a lot of fruit in the morning. fruit can’t hurt you so eat a fruit salad every morning.
when you eat dinner….eat at least two vegetables and a salad with some protein (mean, fish, chicken, beans, etc…) every night
DO NOT EAT FAKE BUTTER!!!!! (like crisco or I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter) that stuff is SOOOO bad for you put real butter in your baking and on your food!
DO NOT EAT FAKE SUGAR!!!!! (like splenda) put real sugar in your coffee and when you bake
believe it or not….these things really work.
you can also fast and stuff, but fast on homemade vegetable juice and stuff….never fast on just water (i suggest looking into fasting before you just jump right into it because there are things you have to do before you fast to clean your body out)
