If you want to enhance your butt you should do squats….your entire backside (butt and legs) will grow and tone. Warning: this is probably the most grueling weight lifting exercise in my opinion.
As far as your abs, there are tons of exercises. my favorite is flutter kicks. lie flat on your back, put your hands under your butt, and hold your legs out straight. keep your feet about 6 inches above the ground and move your legs up and down.
well there isn’t really a way to have a bigger butt other than surgery but you can tone it..a toned butt is better than a flabby one..do squats, alternating lunges, walking lunges
for the abs do planks (get into push up position and hold for up to one min) do exercises on the ball for added tension in the midsection and if you have not tried pilates go for it. women and men really benefit from it. Its a great core musculature exercise.
