what are some butt and abs exercises that I can do at home that’ll show results in a month or less?

I have absolutely no time to go to the gym, I don’t have any time to do anything these days so I was looking for some good exercises that I can do every morning before going to work.. I’m getting really depressed because I’m gaining weight especially in the butt area.. I’d appreciate yr help! Thanks in advance! =)

  1. You can find some good ones on this page that require no special equipment:
    Be sure to do them nightly for about 15 minutes or so. Work up to 2-3 sets of 30-50.

  2. 1. it takes roughly 20 minutes a day to get in a good workout…you have time…but as opposed to arguing

    2. Tabata Squats….where you do as many squats as possible for 20 seconds rest for 10 seconds then repeat for 5 minutes

    3. lunges, jump squats, hill sprints

    4. planks…literally tons of things you can do

  3. Ok Here is what you do.

    1. Squat. Pretend you are sitting on a chair, with your arms sticking out and hold for 30secends

    2. Crunches. lie down on your back with your knees bent almost a 90degrees angle. lift your head and pretend to go to the ceiling. Focus on one spot
