I was online for hours looking for a workout like this. Most are complicated, and require expensive equipment, or Gym memberships. Your workout is EXACTLY what I was looking for! &#039;im currently 271.2lbs. (15lbs. down from 286 on 9/14/2008) with no excercise and eating right (No Junk food, starches, HFCS, Refined sugar, or carbs). Just lots of fruit, lean puoltry, nuts and veggies. With your workout in my arsenal, I&#039;ll drop weight like a bad habit!!! Than you, Thank you, Thank you!!!</description>
