My ultimate, favorite ab exercise of all time is the reverse crunch off the decline bench. Putting that baby on a sharp 45 degree angle (possible 30 degree) and bringing the legs straight so the feet tap the floor, then bending at the hip and raising the legs parallel to the wall and then raising the pelvis — killer!!!! Declines and inclines are a great way to allow gravity to challenge the core like nothing else — good point!
Do the encline on it. This will tone your legs and thighs.
Hi! Thanks for watching! If you’re thin already, the best way to look more toned is to build muscle with weights. Nothing too crazy, just weights that challenge you enough that you’re reaching muscle fatigue by the 10 or 12 rep. Keep doing cardio on the treadmill, too. I have many videos that offer some weight-training tips and ideas, so definitely check them out!
