    A beer belly hides the ab’ muscles.
    I know guys who can lift 120lb bench, 30lb dumbbell and do a 100 pressups but dont have a 6 pack cos’ they like beer too much!

  16. Im a wrestler and cut my weight down to 128-130 this year, i’m 5’10 and a half and pretty muscular. Even at my lowest weight you could barley see my ab’s. so even ab workouts and weight loss barley made my abs show, what else could i do to make them show?

  21. someone answer dis, my stupid ass cousin says “uh i can get abs, im not fat, and if i was i can still get abs” he is actually kinda fat he has love handles and ive been tellin him a thousand times dat to get abs u gotta lose body weight, and dat when u contract ur ab muscles, dat never loses weight for him, ive been tellin him dat for a long time and he wont believe me so answer dis peoples, WHOS RIGHT??   24. Of all the video’s I have watched, this is basic and simple and it sounds very legit.
    I have been training as an athlete for years and ever since my back blew, I just gained weight.
    Now after watching this, I have changed my rugby specific program into a weight loss muscle gain program, but diet is still the same.

    I subscribed so i can keep posted, learn, and hopefully use your tips to help answer some people’s question in the gym!
