3 Ways To Never Get Six Pack Abs And How To Fix It Fast!

asked:

If you have ever wanted to get ripped six pack abs, but wondered why you cannot see them yet. You might be doing one, two, or even three of these things flat out wrong which is the reason you are not seeing your six pack abs now, and probably will not in the future.

The first mistake people make is they think that working out hours upon hours will make them skinnier. This i not true, unless you workout the right way. So doing 1,000 crunches and run for 1 hour is not as effective as other workouts that focus on higher intensity, but shorter bursts of energy release.

The second this is that people either think they can eat whatever they want (bad dieting) or that they are not supposed to eat anything. Either way, you are not fooling your body! If you eat too much, obviously you cannot burn all the extra calories each day, and if you don’t eat at all you will go hungry, but not only that. Starving turns your body into “starvation mode” which is fully designed to STORE FAT, instead of burn fat, because the body thinks it will not have any resource of energy for a while. So if your strategy is to starve yourself, do yourself a favor and stop immediately.

The third thing that is probably the biggest mistake is NOT keeping up with the motivation! And also having too high expectations of what is possible. Listen to this, you didn’t get your “gut” overnight. Right, it probably took a few months, so thinking you can get rid of months or even years of bad habits is something that just is not real. It will take some time to lose the weight! Remember that!

These are some of the biggest mistakes people make when they are trying to get a six pack. They over eat, under eat, train too much, or too little and think they will get their six pack overnight.

Now that you know what not to do, of course you might be wondering what to do. Well, there is just too many components to what you have to do to fit in this short article, but there are thousands of sources on the internet. There are both products explaining exactly what you need to do, and there are videos with exercises on some of the things that are important when you want to get your six pack abs.

Safe weight loss aid w/ exercise and diet plan?

jwiseman1 asked:

I am about 5′ 10″ 168 lbs, male, age 19. I realize that this isn’t excessively overweight by typical standards but I’m trying to take some steps towards getting into shape by shedding some body fat and building some more muscle.

For the past month or two I’ve been exercising on an average of 2-4 times per week for about 30 minutes total each day and am trying to restrict my caloric intake to less than 1700 per day. I am seeing some results but I’d like to take it a step further if possible.

Are there any safe, all-natural if possible, supplements or drugs I can take that can assist me in either burning calories, building lean muscle, and/or reducing my appetite (I have a pretty big one at times)? I’m well aware of the negative effects that commercial weight loss pills can have, but I don’t want something that will do it all more me, just an AID coupled with my diet and exercise. Are there any changes I should make in my current diet/exercise plan to increase effectiveness? Any help at all is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
My current exercise “plan” usually consists of me biking 3-5 miles up- and down-hill, followed by push ups, crunches, and pull ups. I just started with the latter exercises so it will take some time to build up some strength before I can consider it legitimate weight exercises.
