The best way for you is to get a picture of yourself now, and have your picture taken again after 4 to 8 weeks and you will see the difference.

You only mentioned that you have been using abdominal crunches and changing your diet. There are however, many different exercises for the midsection that you could choose from and vary its use on different days. Plus, try to workout for only a short period of time, not prolonged hours, and minimize getting a longer rest period in between exercises.

You should be able to get six packs abs within about 6 to 8 months of continuously working out and increasing the challenges in the workout. After about 4 weeks, include weights in your abs workout to make it more challenging. The results will be amazing!

Not only do they mess with your body’s health, but i’ve heard that once you stop taking them, your metabolism is shot and you gain a tone of weight. But is there any kind of a natural herb or vitamin that helps metabolize and burn fat faster? I’ve heard that green tea does, and biotin, but do they really, and if they do, how much? if not, or if there is anything better, what is it? This is to go along with my workout and cardio routine, not a lazt solution to lose weight. i lift weights a lot, and run 3-4 times a week. I just want to speed it up if i can. Thanks for the help!
