How Can You Get Abs?

Adam Shorey asked:

Having a six pack abs is a dream for most of us. Many people said it was hard for them to achieve. I see a lot of people in the gym get frustrated after working out for so long only to see no visible results on their tummy. The truth is to get a ripped six pack abs you have to follow proper plan and most importantly you have to do it the correct way. In this article I will show you how you can achieve the six pack abs of your dream by doing all the necessary things the best way.

Nutrient is important to make sure your body functions in the desired way. Nutrient in your food is also important in determining whether you can achieve the ripped six pack abs or not. A lot people think they are eating healthy food but in reality it’s not. Food that contains a lot of high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils is not good for you. It can make you fat and at the same time if you consume it regularly you could suffer from heart disease, cancers, diabetes and many other degenerative diseases. What you should eat are foods that are close to their natural state as possible. Eat more organic food and fiber to help you lost weight. It is also important for you to drink as much water as possible because water can help to detoxify your body and help you to burn your fat. Change the way you eat and you are on your way to your six pack abs.

I heard a lot of people saying that to get six pack abs you must do crunches or sit ups as much as you can. This is a wrong perception and is not the best way to get abs. You can do thousand of crunches in a single day but as long there is a fat on your stomach you wont see the six pack abs. Let me assure you that this is NOT the way to get six pack abs and surely it is not the most effective way. Chances are you does have the six pack abs hidden beneath the layer of fat in your stomach and if you want to make the abs visible you have to get rid of the fat first. The best way to get rid of the fat in your stomach is to work your entire body. Reduce the body at percentage first. You can do weight training and cardio to increase your metabolism that will reduces your body fat percentage and help you burn the fat. The main goal is to work your entire body so that you will increase your metabolic rate that will help you burn more fat.

At this point you should know that to get six pack abs you must watch what you eat and to workout the right way. It is not that hard to get six pack abs like everybody think it is. I encourage you to look out for more information about fat loss and abs building so that you can use all your knowledge you will gain to achieve your dream of having an awesome six pack abs.

Safe weight loss aid w/ exercise and diet plan?

jwiseman1 asked:

I am about 5′ 10″ 168 lbs, male, age 19. I realize that this isn’t excessively overweight by typical standards but I’m trying to take some steps towards getting into shape by shedding some body fat and building some more muscle.

For the past month or two I’ve been exercising on an average of 2-4 times per week for about 30 minutes total each day and am trying to restrict my caloric intake to less than 1700 per day. I am seeing some results but I’d like to take it a step further if possible.

Are there any safe, all-natural if possible, supplements or drugs I can take that can assist me in either burning calories, building lean muscle, and/or reducing my appetite (I have a pretty big one at times)? I’m well aware of the negative effects that commercial weight loss pills can have, but I don’t want something that will do it all more me, just an AID coupled with my diet and exercise. Are there any changes I should make in my current diet/exercise plan to increase effectiveness? Any help at all is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
My current exercise “plan” usually consists of me biking 3-5 miles up- and down-hill, followed by push ups, crunches, and pull ups. I just started with the latter exercises so it will take some time to build up some strength before I can consider it legitimate weight exercises.

How to Get Six Pack Abs Fast

Andrew Hoffman asked:

It is just about everyone’s desire to have six pack abs. And they want to know how to get six pack abs fast.

I am going to explain some things to you that will help you understand how you to get sleek and sexy abs, and how you may be able to get them faster than you ever thought possible.

The first thing that you need to realize is that it takes hard work to get six pack abs. If you have been trying for a while, you know that this is true. What you don’t know is that the work you are doing is probably the wrong way to achieve your goal.

A lot of people think that doing more and more crunches will help you get rid of stomach fat and reveal the muscles underneath. This just isn’t the case in most situations. The fact is that crunches and sit-ups will not burn fat, so you will not see any results any time soon.

What you need to concentrate on is getting rid of the fat while doing exercises that target the ab muscles more than regular exercises. The ab muscles are the hardest to develop because most people do not know what they are doing wrong. And the fact is that over 90% of people working on their abs are doing it all wrong.

If you want to get great results, you really need to concentrate more on losing the belly fat rather than the exercises. The exercising is what make your abs visible, but they do not good if you do not know how to properly get rid of the fat that they are hiding behind.

How many times have you been at the gym and seen a true flat stomach? Most people just don’t have it because they have a small amount of fat that just will not go away…or so it seems. The truth is that they don’t know what to do to get rid of it.

Then, once you get rid of the belly fat, you need to concentrate on exercises that really target the ab muscles, and give them the best workout possible. Things like crunches and sit-ups are not going to cut it. You need to think along the lines of exercises like the air bike, leg pull ins, leg raises, etc.

How To Get Rid Of Belly Fat With These Simple Tips

Joie Charles asked:

Who wouldn’t want a flat stomach? Or wouldn’t anybody want a firm stomach seen on model’s body on television? Many people want that kind of stomach however many people complain that they have a belly fat. Others even call it love handles, pot belly, or spare tire. But whatever it may be called, people don’t want it and they try to find ways how they will be able to get

In getting rid of belly fat, a person should eat a balanced diet. The foods that you eat should be low in cholesterol. This is a general fact known to many who wants to lessen the body fat. However, the foods that you eat should be right and not simply low in cholesterol. Eating healthy foods that give you less calories than those that you actually burn will help you reduce the excess fat and in getting rid of belly fat. Also, eating fewer foods that have high sugar content will lessen the fat in your belly. Eating right is the first step to be done in getting rid of belly fat of a person. However, this should be done in moderation. It is healthy to starve your body only to a certain extent. After a certain point, it may cause damage to some important body organs like the central nervous system.

Belly fat is also called beer belly. And another way to cut it down is by drinking less beer or permanently stop drinking beer will help in reducing the fat in your belly. Drinking beer is bad for the health mainly because of its caloric content. Another effect of drinking beer is the inflammation of the pancreas and the liver. Drinking too much beer also causes bloating and may even be more damage causing once drinking beer is accompanied by sweet and sugary liquids like soda.

The next step is to engage in exercise. Doing crunches, sit ups and other exercises that develop abdominal muscles may give you the abs that you like. However, exercises that involve the whole body like the cardiovascular and aerobic exercises would give faster results in getting rid of belly fat. These exercises would burn the calories in your body and since you are eating a balanced diet that has fewer calories, the body will use up the stagnant energy in your body, and normally it is stored in the belly. Also, everyday walking can help you cut some more pounds. The exercises concentrating in a person’s waist will develop the abdominal muscles. However, the exercises that involve the whole body and the low calorie diet will help the abs to show up and lessen the fat stored in your body.

Lastly, to maintain a flat abs and slim waistline, it is important that the person will be consistent in doing his exercises and in eating the right foods. Exercises should be done regularly and not simply when the person have the time. If the schedule is not enough to engage in exercise, then the person should do something with it and give time to exercising. This will help the person reach a flat abs that he or she likes to have and maintain it.

Stomach Exercises For The Soul

Sharron Nixon asked:

Stomach exercises are great because the stomach is one troublesome spot that, when you begin to lose the weight , will appear much more toned and flatter within a very short time. If you want to tone your abs or get ripped, remember that stomach exercises are only part of the solution.

Exercises for the stomach like sit-ups can be done daily or at every workout session. Abdominal exercises are some of the easiest you can perform, not only because they target a portion of the body often missed by other traditional exercises, but because you can perform these exercises so often.

Strengthening exercises for the stomach, should always be followed by a full range of stretches designed to lengthen and tone the muscles. The best abdominal exercises are those that combine aerobic exercise with spot training, but it is a myth that abdominal exercises are all you need to have a flat stomach.

There are four abdominal muscles that form a multi-layered multi- directional girdle around the trunk or core of the body. When doing your stomach exercises concentrate on your obliques, the stomach muscles that run up the side of your stomach and around to your back. These are exercises usually involving a twisting crunch. In this way you’ll exercise your central abdominal or core area for ‘free’ as you go.

The stomach is always a problem area and unfortunately exercises for a particular area don’t result in weight loss from that specific area. For best results with stomach exercises, remember to eat a healthy diet and perform aerobic exercise 3 times a week as well as doing your in addition to abdominal exercises.

The abdominals are some of the most resilient muscles in the body, which makes abdominal exercises one of the few workouts that can be practiced daily without injury to the body. Because of the resilience of abs, a dedicated person can do stomach exercises daily, helping them see results far more quickly than is possible with many other areas of the body. Abdominal exercises, if practiced religiously, can provide rapid and easily seen results, which is greatly encouraging for you.

One of the best things about stomach exercises is that many, if not all of them, can be done at home. Equipment such as crunch machines, specialized crunch benches, and medicine balls can all enhance the abdominal exercises you do in your own home.

Don’t make the mistake of doing hundreds of repetitions of stomach exercises in the hope of getting a flat stomach. Only when your body fat has lowered sufficiently, can your abdominal muscles become tight and visible.

recent study showed that the classic sit-up is not the best exercise for stronger, flatter stomachs. The best abdominal muscles in the world may be hidden by a stubborn layer of body fat. This is because we are all of different body types. Some people store fat more readily in the hips, buttocks, and thighs, others store fat excess in the arms and upper back and still others store their fat in the stomach and waist area.

There is no way around it: if you want that trim, defined torso that is so sought after, you are going to have to do stomach exercises. This is where you need a routine consisting of exercise for lower abdominal muscles. Such a routine helps you define and sculpt the lower abdominals, giving you that chiselled look.
