i’m 5″5 about 135 pounds. im pretty skinny and i can feel my abs through my stomache but i have a layer of fat over it. im a heavy pot smoker and cig smoker and i’m quitting today to get some serious abs. can anyone tell me how i can obtain good looking abs in just 4 to 5 weeks?
