Get Six Pack Abs Now!
Mike Mussello asked:
I am a 30-year-old male with a weak midsection because whatever I do – change my diet, perform abdominal crunches, I would still get a lousy, flabby tummy. I tried to workout everyday for hours for the past 2 weeks now and it never seems to change much for my midsection. What must I do?
ANSWER: That is easy! Create a SMART Goal – SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bounded. You should understand that results do not show immediately only after 2 weeks of working it out. Continue what you are doing as I see you are doing a great job. The best way for you is to get a picture of yourself now, and have your picture taken again after 4 to 8 weeks and you will see the difference.
You only mentioned that you have been using abdominal crunches and changing your diet. There are however, many different exercises for the midsection that you could choose from and vary its use on different days. Check out some of abs workout program guide to better help you decide which abs exercise you would need for your workout day. Plus, try to workout for only a short period of time, not prolonged hours, and minimize getting a longer rest period in between exercises.
You should be able to get six packs abs within about 6 to 8 months of continuously working out and increasing the challenges in the workout. After about 4 weeks, include weights in your abs workout to make it more challenging. The results will be amazing!
