Is this a good diet for burning fat and trimming down the tummy?
Breakfast – Porridge (made with water) with slices of banana, blueberries or blackberries, a few teaspoons of natural plain yoghurt and a pinch of cinnamon. Drink: Cup of hot water.
Lunch – 2 ryvita crackers, or a slice of oatmeal bread, topped with cottage cheese, cucumber, tomato and sandwich chicken. Maybe a bit of pickled beetroot. Drink: Green tea.
Dinner – Chicken ****** fillets, 2 cauliflower florets, 2 broccoli florets, peas, butter beans. Drink: Cup of hot water.
Dessert – Small orange.
I’m eating this diet and doing 30 minutes of jogging/aerobics every day. Is this a good way to burn off those last stubborn few pounds? I’m 110lbs and would like to get down to 106lbs and flatten my abs.
