There are a lot of common mistakes that you are making while developing your six pack abs. Most people don’t know where to start or even worse they are wasting their time with techniques and exercises that don’t work at all. In this article I give you the 5 most common mistakes people make to get rock hard abs. Everybody can get six pack abs but the question is are you working smart enough?

Too much body fat
Every single person in the world has abdominal muscles however they are hidden under a layer of belly fat. If your body fat is above a certain fat percentage you won’t see your six pack abs. Losing weight is very simple but to get six pack abs you will have the lose fat. Losing fat is not that hard but you must need a system to achieve your goals. Men should achieve a body fat percentage below ten percent and women below sixteen and fifteen percent.

Not lifting-weights
Lifting weights is one if not the best exercise to boost your metabolic rate. By doing weight-lifting exercises your body burn fat all day long. Squats and bench press exercises are the best ones if you want to have rock hard abs. But don’t make the mistake of having to much body fat. If your body fat level is to high but you are doing weighted abdominal work then you just en-up looking bigger in the middle.

Doing the same exercises
It is fine that you have some abdominal exercises that you like and do them from time to time. But your abdominal muscles adapt to change very quickly. As soon as you don’t give your abdominal muscles different exercises you are going to stop seeing results. Let them guess what you are going to do and the result will coming in.

Slow boring cardio exercises
You are following a quest a six pack quest and the main purpose of this article is doing things different in order to get different results. You don’t have to run for hours upon hours on a treadmill. Here is a workout you can use to shed body fat in no time. Crank the intensity up and then back it down again for another minute. Repeat this process eight to ten times.

Not doing full body workouts
Spending your time and energy doing hundreds of crunches or sit-ups won’t help you at all. Instead spend your energy on full body workouts to burn stomach fat fast. A good example is the mountain climber workout or the reverse plank workout. And by the way spot reduction does not exist. There is only one exercise to spot reduce your belly fat and it’s called the razor sharp cardio workout.

Eating poorly
There are certain foods you cannot eat if you want to have visible six pack abs. Avoid eating donuts, French fries, cookies, sugar wafers and so on. This sounds logical but some foods are promoted as healthy but in fact they aren’t. For example soya milk has been marketed as healthy but in fact it makes you fat. The same applies for soda drinks.

Rule Number One: If you have a huge layer of fat covering your abs, don’t think that crunches and other types of ab work are going to etch the fat away. In fact, you could make your stomach look BIGGER if you don’t watch out.

Most people only try to manipulate their fat stores via diet and completely neglect the exercise portion of their routines.

Use exercise to create your energy deficit and use proper nutrition to fuel your activities. Your abs will begin to show in the process.

Rule Number Three: Make sure to use proper form when doing your ab exercises. I’ve seen more people hurt their necks and spine by doing things wrong. The ab region is such a sensitive area to hyperextension and other related injuries, you really don’t want to take any chances.

Couple that with the fact that if you are doing the exercises wrong… you aren’t really getting the full benefit, right?

Guys guys NO hating on the girl who made the original. I just think that the concept of drawing on abs is a little misleading and not needed,that’s all. She makes good videos. Keep it clean people. I’m not hating her, i think people really find her videos useful. It was just this one video that threw me off a bit and i’m just having some fun :)

I tried to make the video a response but it wasn’t accepted which i understand.

I cannot draw on my stomach without showing it.

PS NO KIDDING IT DOESN’T LOOK REAL… every time i think people can’t get more stupid…
