Best Way and Quick How to Get Six Pack Abs Fast

asked:

Over the years I have seen a lot of flimsy ideas of how to get a set of six pack abs. The most common scams are special machines that will do it and sometimes some kind of drink. I remember at one point Slim Fast seemed to be showing chubby people suddenly spawning a set of six pack abs.

Anyway I wanted to put this notion to rest that there is some magic to getting a six pack. Sure there is some genetics involved in sculpting perfect abs but the two most important factors are diet and exercise.

What? Did you think there was a shortcut?

The diet part is fairly simple; you need to drop any extra fat. You have probably heard this before but there is no such thing as spot reduction when you are losing weight. You will lose weight proportionately, generally, as you lose weight. What you may find is that you have a large stomach and if that is the case of course you will lose that fat faster than you lose the fat on your legs but that is just because that is where the fat deposits will be easiest for your body to use.

As you probably know from reading other posts of mine I subscribe to the idea that people eat too many carbohydrates generally but I still do not support the Atkins diet generally. I believe that you must increase your protein to 20% of your diet, keep fats at about 20% of the calories of your diet and then have carbs as the other 60% of the calories of your diet. If you still have trouble losing you may be a bit sensitive to carbohydrates and you can up the protein a little.

As for exercise, to get a set of six pack abs you will have to do two things; get in an hour of cardio a day to increase your metabolism and start really dropping the fat and secondly make sure that you do your abdominal exercises at the start of your workouts.

I need to lose about 80 pounds by June. I diet and exercise. What’s the best pill to add?

greecevaca asked:

I’m not looking for people to preach that natural weight loss sticks more than speeding it up with a diet pill, or for people to yell at me for wanting to use a diet pill. I want to know from people who have used them, which pills worked for you and how much weight did you lose in what period of time? I know I need to lose this weight, and I will worry about keeping it off once it comes off. Please help!!!

How To Lose Belly Fat and Get a Flat Stomach

Tiffany Brunskole asked:

What person doesn’t yearn to lose their belly flat and get a flat stomach? The thing about accomplishing this goal is that it does take hard work and you can’t get a flat stomach from sitting on the couch  watching television and eating potato chips. Don’t get discouraged though, as just making some small healthy changes into your lifestyle, can help you to see some big results in the flat stomach department. Here is how you can lose the belly fat and get your flat stomach of your dreams.

The number one thing that you have to know is that a flat stomach is not accomplished with exercise alone. You need to have a healthy diet in order to lose the belly flat. The reason why most people never see a flat stomach is because they have a layer of fat that has built up over their abdominal muscles. This fat can only be burned off through a healthy diet and exercise. Keeping your body fat low by watching what you eat can greatly increase the chances that you will have that flat stomach that you desire. Try to stay away from processed food and sugars that signal the body to hold onto the body fat that you already have.

Along with the healthy and balanced diet, comes exercise. Some people are just naturally blessed with a lower percentage of body fat, while 98% of the population has to exercise to get a lower body fat percentage. In order to burn body fat you have to do cardiovascular exercise that raises the heart rate and gets your body into calorie burning mode. As mentioned before, if you have a layer of fat over your stomach muscles, you are never going to see the flat and toned stomach that you may have underneath.

If you really want to speed up the process of getting a flat stomach and losing belly fat, then look for workouts like Hip Hop Abs and circuit training that strengthen and tone your muscles while giving you a cardiovascular workout. These types of workouts are able to focus on the abs to get the tight muscles and also get your body into fat burning mode.

If you don’t want to to circuit training or a workout program like Hip Hop Abs, then you can do your cardiovascular workouts and your strength training workouts separately. This will take more time from your schedule, but some people may find this works better for them.

The key to losing belly fat and gaining a flat stomach is not a magical formula. It is actually very simple: regular exercise and a healthy diet.

How to Get a Flat Stomach with Diet and Exercise

flat stomach exercises
Andrew Bicknell asked:

For many people finding out how to get a flat stomach has become something of a quest. After several mornings of looking in the mirror and getting tired of seeing more then they would like they decide it is time to do something about it. Getting rid of that extra layer or that newly formed pooch becomes something of an obsession.

Here’s the first hurdle that everyone who has thought about getting rid of that stomach bulge needs to jump over. There is a difference between thinking about doing something about it and actually doing something about it. People are born to procrastinate and this is no different when it comes to diet and exercise. If you are serious then you just need to get to work and do it.

When a plan is finally formulated it usually looks something like this; you go on a diet of some kind and if you are really motivated embark on an exercise program. This makes sense because we all know that the fewer calories we take in the more fat we can lose. Add jogging a few times a week and some sit-up and before long that rebellious stomach will be put back in its place.

Unfortunately the body doesn’t quite work this way. We all need a certain amount of calories in order for our body’s to function at an optimum level. If the caloric intake falls below this level the body will actually begin to store more fat because it thinks it’s in starvation mode. In fact a low calorie diet will cause the whole body metabolism to slow down.

This does not mean that eating more is the answer to getting a flat stomach. Eating a healthy diet is the most important factor when it comes to caloric intake. By giving your body the nutrients it needs it will not only increase it metabolism but also mobilize it fat stores more efficiently which leads to a reduction in weight. Foods high in complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals are the way to go.

The next portion of any stomach flattening endeavor is an exercise program. This can of course involve the normal abdominal exercises that everyone is familiar with; sit-ups, crunches, and the like but there is more to an exercise regimen then that. A flat stomach is nice but we have to think of the body overall.

This is where resistance or weight training of some sort comes into play. Working all the major muscle groups not only shapes and tones the entire body but it creates a rise in metabolic rate which burns away even more calories. Your core muscles, which include your abdominals, are also worked during weight training because these are the muscles that stabilize the body during any form of activity.

It is also important to incorporate some form of aerobic training into any exercise program. This can be anything from walking to an aerobics class. Aerobic exercise will not only burn extra calories it also strengthens the cardiovascular system, reducing the risk of heart disease and other conditions.

Do fat burning supplements ( herbal and natural) really work?

natural fat burning diet
Sands asked:

I often see supplements that supposedly rev up the metabolism in the drug stores. I have also heard of products such as apple cider vinegar and also others-ALA in certain dosages, etc., being effective in weight loss. I’d like to know if anyone has direct experience with taking these supplements and what the outcome was.
Polite, sincere, constructive answers only please. (For those of you who are going to recommend diet and exercise, I agree that this is the best way to approch weight loss.) However, I am asking specifically about these supplements because I would like to know only about these supplements and if they work, or not as the case may be.
