To reduce your appetite, simply drink more water, drink green tea or another natural appetite reducer, or buy a safe diet pill. All three of these techniques will also boost energy and keep you motivated.

Combine these two techniques, and you’ll burn the stomach fat in no time – And keep it off! If you’re not putting too much effort into it by being SMART about how you lose weight, you’ll keep it going and be the envy of your friends! As the pounds come off, your motivation will increase. Just remember not to overdo yourself as many people do, and bump up your efforts a little bit at a time til you have the slim show-off waist and abs you desire.
