Body For Life Diet Update – WEEK 2 – 08.01.11 Not sure why I was thinking I was at week 4 on this video. I’m at DAY 11, which is not even 2 weeks. I looked at a date on the calendar when I went off Atkins Induction which was before this date. So to correct the video, this is the DAY 11 Diet update of Body for Life. I also say “your body is converting fat to muscle”, I meant to say, your body is ridding fat and building muscle. You can’t convert fat to muscle so I wanted to make that correction.

Rule Number One: If you have a huge layer of fat covering your abs, don’t think that crunches and other types of ab work are going to etch the fat away. In fact, you could make your stomach look BIGGER if you don’t watch out.
