Abs information is very vague on the net. Can anybody summarise the best abs exercises + how often to do them?
i know the Bicycle exerices can be effective aswell as the Capatins Chair but are there any more i can incorporate?
Should they be done on a daily basis or should just ONE day be dedicated to them?
and is 12-18 reps the best amount of reps to do for maximum effectiveness?
