Six Pack Abs Workout – Why Crunches Won’t Get You Those Great Abs

The most common frustration of people who try to develop their abs is caused by stomach crunches. Many people who do hundreds of sit-ups or spend hours each week on a mattress doing a variety of crunches seem unable to lose that stubborn layer of fat which clings to their stomach and covers their ab muscles.

The key to developing your abs is performing high intensity exercises as part of a full body workout. Let go of the crunches and make sure to give your body a full workout each time you’re in the gym and you’ll see results.
