All i had to do is to combine diet and exercise. U can do ur abs exercises both at the same time while you reduce your weight. No need to wait when u get slimmer. The best and most tested abs exercise is running at a right speed and combined it with abs crunches. Try to run in an oval or terrain everyday, you will be surprised that you get more sexier, tone abs and a more healthy.

Did i say, to lessen your food intake? You have to limit it. It is difficult to have a real diet because it cause some discomfort like a little head ache but you can eventually overcome it. Eat more healthy food like fruit and vegetables and avoid junk foods and fatty oil forever in your diet and you could see a new beautiful you. I look forward to see you healthy, fit and gorgeous.</description>
