I’m using weight loss program from 2loseweight(.)infobr/br/I use to be a ww leader and as u know u have to be a member b4 u can train to be a leader so I know alot of problems members face as I have been there. I would suggest that u weigh ur food for a while so u can see wat the portion size should look like and so get a true points value for your food. You tend after a while to

  7. I’ve seen many different types of lower abdominal exercises, but this is the one that gives me the most pain in my abs when I do it. Awesome workout! Thanks for the video, dude.
