Is this a good diet for burning fat and trimming down the tummy?

Breakfast – Porridge (made with water) with slices of banana, blueberries or blackberries, a few teaspoons of natural plain yoghurt and a pinch of cinnamon. Drink: Cup of hot water.

Lunch – 2 ryvita crackers, or a slice of oatmeal bread, topped with cottage cheese, cucumber, tomato and sandwich chicken. Maybe a bit of pickled beetroot. Drink: Green tea.

Dinner – Chicken ****** fillets, 2 cauliflower florets, 2 broccoli florets, peas, butter beans. Drink: Cup of hot water.

Dessert – Small orange.

I’m eating this diet and doing 30 minutes of jogging/aerobics every day. Is this a good way to burn off those last stubborn few pounds? I’m 110lbs and would like to get down to 106lbs and flatten my abs.

  3. your diet is ok but the 30mins jogging is not enough. go to the gym and do more exercises

    If you really want to lose fat, and it doesn’t matter where it is, there is a neat method you should look in to which I will try and explain a little about here.

    Firstly, did you know that your body releases 2 hormones each and every time you eat? They are:

    The Fat Burning Hormones
    The Fat Storage Hormones

    As you can probably guess by the names, one is responsible for burning body fat, the other for storing body fat.

    Here is the key – the food you eat has influence on these hormones. AND you can literally turn up the the fat burning hormones and minimize the fat storage hormones and the results are as you might guess:

    So you should check out some diets which can turn your fat burning ON. This is a very simplified explanation, but hopefully it was helpful.

    There is a 11-day diet plan specially created to do just as I said, and it is not like any other diet you will have read about (I am at least 90% sure of that anyway…). I lost 7 lbs in 11 days using it…
