If i do biseps triceps and abs exercises am i going to see results faster ?

I want to know if the way im working out is good for me. Am doing triceps biceps and abs exercises daily for 5 days straight and resting for 2 (sat and sun). My question is if ok ? And if you think i will get better results like that instead of working different muscles every day .

  1. youre doing it all wrong. muscles have to be rested for a day in between, they grow when they rest. the only workouts you could do daily are calisthenics-pushups, pullups, situps, etc. and you should work out biceps with back one day, triceps with chest the next, etc.

  2. Well I would say Buy two 10 pound dumbbells which are like $8 each. Then do exercises, And If you are not going to use equipment just do push ups,dips,crunches, and etc

  3. You got to eat food after your workouts too, otherwise it will be a waste of time. Eat a little…workout…Eat a full meal, or swap the meals for lean protein shakes. Trust me it will work.

  4. Then just continue that.
