Get Six Pack Abs Fast!
You need to lose weight around your stomach to be able to see your abdominal muscles but this is not enough by itself, you must also exercise them with exercises such as crunches, bicycle crunches, i would not recommend sit ups as they can weaken the back if done wrong

Long-ish jogging and cycling is good. Lots of fat needs to be lost ^_^
Try bicycle crunches, theyr crazy and get you a burn fast but are hard to do. look up a video on youtube. plus they work out all the ab muscles.
you need a good diet, you have to be doing cardio.

if you have a flat stomache
do 200 sit ups a day 50 each hour untill you are done
if you dont feel the burn after 50 try going 2 100
& if your abs are starting 2 fill in just keep doing more
im no exspert at workin out but all exsperts at workin out dont have muscles like i do =]

try dieting or eating less of the fat foods if you dont have diet foods
try jogging or long walks

There’s a workout called leg lifts that got me a six-pack fast. Find a place , while lying with your back on the floor, where you can have something to hold on to like a bed or a couch. Raise your legs straight up in the air then bring them down almost touching the floor. Repeat this as desired. I would usually listen to a song and do leg lifts through the whole song. (3 to 4 minutes long) Do these every day. (When I first started these I was so sore it hurt to walk) you should see results in at least 2 dayz.

well i go with everyone else but you should jog on a track at least 2 laps or run a mile depending on how big the track is or just go outside and run for 15 minutes and work on ur stomach by doing crunches. but don’t worry about how many crunches u can do go until u hit the limit dont just say ill do 100 crunches or something like that it may turn out easy for u or not but just go until u think u hitted ur limit and try to overcome it. ALSO eat healthy food =]
