    cuz i only saw this video and im like there is no way u gon get abs just doin these but
    he got whole 16 weeks worth of shit to do and it does have some good ass ab workouts in it so i take everything i said back

    I think that the reason why he does not just do crunches, is because it looks silly to be really skinny and have a six-pack, rather than having more muscles on your arms and chest + a six-pack. Also, switching between upper and lower body exercises will help you burn fat even faster. Which means that your abs will be revealed much faster.

  6. dude… Do a round, then take a break.. and repeat that again, and again, okay??

  7. Im confused. Would I do say, ball push-ups for 40 seconds, then take a 10-30second break, then do them for 30, then another break, then 20, then another break and move on to th next excercise

    Or would I do each exercise once for 40 seconds each with a break inbetween, then go through them all again for 30 seconds each, and lastly for 20 seconds each?

  16. would it be save to do a every workout three times a week ? every muscle group could rest two full days
    or will there be more results if you stick to 4 times to avoid overtraining ?

  19. You need to eat more often… 5-6 times per day… Keep a good intake of protein in forms of lean meats… Also drink plenty of water and eat veggies, fruits etc… no McD :P After that, just do cardio and strength training for a few months and youll notice a difference!

  20. nonono i know that i just ment u should do overall body workouts to lol ik u have to do some sort of excersizes for abs, unless ur hella skinny

  21. ok but it dont hit the abs as hard as a ab exercise
    its just like doin incline or decline bench
    people be like do upper chest or lower chest but there is no such thing
    when u do decline it works the upper chest more but it still works the whole chest and etc.
    so even if those exercises work abs it dont do as much effect theyre good for fat burning, everyone is different
    what one person does to get abs mite not work for the next person

  23. every excerise that he shows does involve the abs. doing pushups invloves abs. doing chin ups involves abs. doing rows involves abs. just because its not a crunch doesnt mean it doesnt work your stomach. and hey, ide much rather listen to a guy with a 6 pack and looks like arnel, then a guy with no videos of himself.

    hey lookatme10x iam gonna have to agree with mcturk17 iam only 14 years old and ive got abs by doing wieghted crunches and legs lifts the whole losing weight thing by arnel does help so that the muscles show more but u need to work the muscles anyone can just say anything they want on the net and people can choose to believe it or not just like what iam doing but i do agree with mcturk17 u need to work the muscles
