    if you are doing the circuit training (the things he shows in the videos) on Mon, Wed, and Fri, you should do interval training on Tue, Thur and Sat and have Sunday off.

    since interval training is mainly cardio:

    1. if you have high metabolism, then skip this training and eat more.
    2. if you are overweight and need to lose some weight in the process then go ahead and do as much cardio as possible since it tones you down.

  19. u do realize he uses his legs in most of the workouts plus da title says lower body

  20. What this guy is doing is good but not the best. I got in shape with just a bench and 210 lbs of 10 lb plates. Lost 50 lbs and became ripped, only took me 1 year. Most guys turn to juice to get the results I got.

    That is what The Abs Challenge workout is for. You just need stability ball, pullup bar, fitness band, and dumbbell. No need to go to gym for this program.
