    yes.
    Push ups for 40 sec.
    Break 10 – 30 sec.
    Pull up 40sec.
    Break 10 – 30 sec
    and so on….

  3. Protien and carbohydrates in the beginning of the day, protien and fats (don’t go overboard in the fats department. Eating raw butter gets you nowhere xD) in the latter part. Obviously you want lots of fruits and vegetables in there as well.

  5. well i got two questions at anybody who’s doing this longer (i’m in week 3)

    - how should i eat, if i’m skinny and i want to gain weight ?
    you always hear what to eat to loose fat. but i can eat what i want i wont gain any fat

    - and should i do the intervall cardio after the upper body or lower body part, when i’m in the later weeks ?
    i read after lower here, but in another video i read after the upper

  6. that’s why you follow the weeks to build enough muscles to do what he does. The only equipment you need is 2 dumbells, exercise band and an exercise ball.

  9. This is rubbish, this is how it should be people. Stretches, pressups, situps, pullups, weights (however much you can handle), plank, jogging, sprinting, more stretches… This will make you pumped and fit. What more do you want? And you don’t need all the fancy equipment, pull ups can be done on loads of things

  14. move more, eat less – work up a sweat for at least 30 mins every day. That way you’ll stay fit and at least look normal

  15. ok just one thing people its one thing to be in shape but don’t become a muscle head

  16. Squats, Lunges, Split Squats, Hip Bridges, Deadlifts, Step Ups, Running

    Everything like that and any variations of them will give you a good ass lol!

    As of now, (week 14) should we be seeing the lower abs developing? or does that take longer..

    Oh, does anyone know a possible alternative to the arnold press?

    haha we do this at the gym pays 400nok amonth.. when we could do it at home so thats pretty stupid… anyways keep up the god work arnel ur the best
