  3. push ups require core stability even if it mostly works the pecs, and so what if it works some other muscles? Pecs are important for strength, and looks if thats all you want to get out of this

  7. Say your a beginner do:

    1a (15 seconds) then 1b (15 seconds) then Break (35 seconds) repeat this once more so you do 2 sets of this superset.

    2a (15 seconds) then 2b (15 seconds) then Break (35 seconds) repeat this once more.

    3a (15 seconds) then 3b (15 seconds) then Break (35 seconds) repeat this once more.

    4a (15 seconds) then 4b (15 seconds) then Break (35 seconds) repeat this once more.

    Does that help?

    i have to read the beginning of the video for a few times to understand it,
    and what u just described made it easier for me to confirm it.

  10. Say you do beginner for this you would do:

    Pushups (15 seconds)
    DB squats (15 seconds)
    Break (35 seconds)

    Pushups (15 seconds)
    DB squats (15 seconds)
    Break (35 seconds)

    Then do the same but change the excersizes for Superset 2. Hope that helps.

  12. Actually circuit training programs are primarily for burning fat, and seeing as you cannot target where fat is burned these exercises will burn calories, which in excess is stored as fat. SO the more calories burned will cause your body to burn the fat for energy which will uncover those abs because you should know, everyone has a 6 pack under all that fat.

  13. i started 2day and i found that i sort of struggled on the chin ups, but when u had to sprint then walk 4 30s, i found that quite easy!

  14. The title is misleading. This is not abs training but circuit training for various body parts. You won’t get ripped abs like this.

    Lol. You will get sixpack only if you lose enough fat, so its same how you exercise. Fat loss is the key ;)

  20. man i got done doing this a while ago and man the cardio i only got to the 2 round, simply I sprinted for 20 seconds then walked for 30 seconds then after that instead of resting I went again and dain my legs almost gave out on me since I havent sprinted for a long time. not to metion that everything got a little bit bright meaning that I pushed myself too hard. but yeah I am stil going to keep doing this just that I’m thinking i might do cardio the next day after the workout to be safe.
