  2. God thats a good question i want this too. Im a personal trainer. Recently ive been abit lazy…I recemmend this to most my clients except for the ones that have bigger worries.
    Currently my program is sprints:
    20 seconds rest/10 seconds hard. for 10 minutes every day around the block. To reduce overall body fat.
    20 crunches. After doing 20, your muscles get tired and you dont get any other benefits from doing it. Then trying working another group of stomch muscles like obliques. The benefits of toning up are that after you lose all the fat around your waist, you muscl will be defined and show.
    Deadlifts at 60 kg. 2 sets of 7. Deadlifts tone everywhere. THE BST EXERCISE EVER.

    Do the crunches before the sprints as studies show that spot reduction can ocur if you tone up before you run as it stimulates tthe fat to reduced in the area you just worked.

    Also stretch before hand.

    Eat a diet of healthy foods. Such as no processed foods or soda. fruit veg + meats.

    also limit alcohol consumption. =)
