  1. nope if youre like around 190 or more u r for an adult it wont matter and setups do like 50 per day

  2. no matter how much ab work you do it wont show untill you lose all the fat thats covering them so losing that is your first goal!!!

    you can use that to show you, remember being overweight and being fat is different

  4. eat right
    do cardio to help burn fat
    don’t do situps *everyday* because that won’t do anything

    You won’t get flat abs if you have fat on your stomach doing sit ups. Sit ups build muscle, but no matter how muscular your abs get you’ll never see them if you don’t lose enough body fat.

    Cardio is what you need to do in order to lose fat, after that, start doing ab workouts, like Crunches, Sit Ups, Leg Lifts, Bicycles. Don’t think you need to buy one of those “ab workout devices/machines”. Abs are one of the easiest muscles to get, you just have to get a low body fat percentage to see them.
