How long for a six pack (abs not beer)?

I used to have a big stomach, but now with a little excercise, it got slightly smaller. Pretty much flat wen I lie down and stretch out. I’m 16, 5’11 and weigh around 174 (and dropping) I’m eating healthily now and trying 2g2 the gym as often as i can (at least 4 days a week) I also try to do an ab routine every other day. how long will it take me to lose my stomach, and then eventually see my abs?

    Make sure u do more push up and sit up.

  4. Some bodies aren’t meant to expose six packs. I think your working out too much. If you slow down and concentrate on doind good exercises and continute building on your abs i’d say they shud start showing in 6 months

  5. I would say another ten pounds. My friend wrestles at 160 and he’s ripped. He’s shorter than you are. I think he floats up to 170. It all depends on how fast you can lost the fat. Since you’re young, you may be able to see it before spring.
    One way to tell if you’re close is to flex your abs really hard and use your hands to feel if there are hard packs.

  6. So far it seems like you’re on the right track; eating healthy and working out on a fairly regular basis. Just continue to do ab work, everyday or twice a day; 10 minutes of just abs in the morning, and 10 minutes of abs in the evening.
    I can’t really show you how to do more ab workouts, but you can check them out for yourself and get other tips from this website.
