No it’s not possible. Abs take hard work. You have to shed excess body fat through intense cardio training and have a very strict diet. Loosing weight should be done slowly to ensure it stays off. Combine cardio, weight training and a healthy diet and you will be on the right track.

ill be honest with you, its up to YOU to keep the commitment though, summer is not too far away. everyone has a 6 pack its just hidden under layers of fat..which means u need to undergo EXTREMEEEE dieting and burning the fat off that stomach. push ups, sit ups, crunches, cardio is the way to go my friend..shapefit.com has some good stuff u should check it out man

well i don’t know how fast if actualy works but you can do bicycal sit-ups. lay on your back with your legs at a 90 degree angle off the floor and then you strech out one leg while touching your arm to the opposite leg then do the same for the other leg

What these guyz said was obviously the hard way. Extreme dieting and Cardio? Thats alot of commitment that i noe most ppl our age would never make. Heres the easy way. Build muscle! The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn a day. Burning calories is essential to reducing fat. The beauty is that you will burn calories w/o a great deal of cardio. So increase your metabolism. Don’t do too much cardio cuz once you burn up all your glucose, you’ll start burning up your precious proteins, which you will need for muscle. Ez way = Increase Metabolism
Ps. Nutrition is very important! eat the good stuff, avoid the bad stuff. Burning 300 calories in 30 minutes is useless when you pig out on a chocolate bar in 30 seconds afterwards. ya naw what i mean?

It’s not gonna happen that fast. If you have extra weight it just isn’t possible. You’ve got to lose some weight before you will be able to define muscle.
