Run atleast an hour a day or atleast 3 miles. Also do a bunch of abdominal exercises like planks, sideway planks, crunches, situps, 90 degree situps work best for me. Drink atleast 64 oz of water a day. You should be able to get your abs ripped by doing this. Good Luck.
