The word “overweight” means different things to different individuals. It’s a good idea to start at the beginning, and determine if you are actually overweight for your size or not, by computing your BMI (Body Mass Index). You can understand how to do it at the web portal in the box below, they have loads of tips, I lost 10 pounds by using their methods.

in general, if you have to ask, you are probably not a candidate, takes lot more work and lifestyle that youre prepared to invest.

Sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts….all good exercises for the abs, however, you cannot spot reduce. The body is not made that way.
Lower your caloric intake 100 calories a day (one soda). Equals 1-2 lbs lost per week.
Good luck
Here's Five Training Mistakes You Can Correct Now!
push ups, sit ups, and purchase a set of barbells and a weight(work out) bench. Good luck.
80% is what you eat and only 20% exercise if you want six-packs. First fix your eating and then start exercising. To start with here’s a list with foods that you should avoid.
Then go at and start working it!
Understand first that you may or may not be able to get a well-defined six pack depending on how your body lays down fat. The upside is that you can still have well-toned and reasonably defined abs even if you’re body type isn’t favorable to it.
Work out your abs and obliques 5 times a week. alternate between reverse crunches and abdominal twists. You don’t have to do crazy ab workouts; ten minutes or so while you watch tv or are in class will be sufficient.
Then reduce the number of calories in your diet until you start losing 1/4 of a kilogram a day. It may take a couple months, but you will have visible abdominal muscles. Of course, you may want to work out everything else, too. But that’s not what you asked.
Six pack abs no problem ..Proper diet and cardiovascular exercise will surely help you.Your diet should be centred on the principle more calories out than calories in. I refer you to visit ,this site will ensure you to achieve your goal quickly, good luck
I found this article the other day reviewing a site which is pretty cool. It tells you a bit about the guy who wrote and produced the six pack ab program. You can see it below. The videos on the 2nd site are great!
Hope this helps.
