How can I get six pack abs without any equipment?
Mishu asked:
See I’m 12 years old and I want to look good. I don’t got a job so I can’t afford equipment. My parents won’t buy me the equipment or a gym membership. How can i get six pack abs without any equipment? If you can help me, I’ll really appreciate it.

your a bit too young to worry about getting a 6 pak..just play sports and they seem to naturally come.

crunches, crunches, sit ups, crunches, crunches oh yeah… crunches. That’s the best thing anyway for abs, no machine needed. Secure your feet under your dresser, and do as many as you can.

Just do sit ups and crunches. But they proved that sit ups work the abs harder than crunches. If you can do 50 or more without breaking a sweat, then you’re doing them wrong.

At your age equipment might not work either. Start with crunches, sit ups, leg lifts. Start getting odd jobs around the neighborhood washing cars, mowing lawns and save your money for a gym membership or join the YMCA.

go swimming a lot! a lot of guys on my swim team have six packs. also, do sit ups, and push ups, and work on your core a lot. christmas is coming, so ask your ‘rents for a workout ball. those work your core really well. you can look up some workout ball exorcises online, or google, or whatever
good luck

Every night i do 70 push ups, 70 sit ups, 1000 jumping jacks, and do ABC pushups about 5 times in a row…

You could try using something that’s lying around the house as weights. A full 5lb. bag of flour or sugar works. Just make sure you don’t puncture the bag. You could hold that on your chest while you do sit ups. You could also use cans as free weights for your arms. When your mom goes grocery shopping, either save her plastic bags or stick a few extra in with the groceries. When you’re ready to excercise, double the bags, put a few canned items in to make them as heavy as you’d like and also use those as weights.

Crunches can only get you so far, you need to do a combination of running, crunches, and eating healthy to get any results.
You’re still young, not a lot of kids your age have 6 pack abs. Hell, I’m 16 and don’t even have a six pack
Also do those annoying lower ab exercises where you lay on your back, hold your legs straight out, and lift them for a period of time or repetitively
Oh and do push-ups to build some chest muscle
