    doing this excercises wont burn fat. burning fats require cardio excersises, and workouts like chest press, squats, pull back, any big muscle workout.
    this abs exersice build the abdominal muscles, and yes like u said ur abs wont be obvious if u dont burn ur fat. do abs workout once a week, and other muscles the rest of the week.

  3. @SAvidsofficial cardio…it’s the only way. you can do as much abs exercices as you want but it won’t burn the fat.

  7. @Hatim8812 The only way to remove fat is cardio and diet. Burn more callories than you take in. That’s the science of it.

    You’d definitely want to do ab and upperbody workouts followed by like 10 minutes of cardio if you’re looking to loose weight fast. Cause once your body has used all the sugar in your system during strength training, the 10 mins of cardio will be burning nothing but body fat.

  11. PLEASE REPLY FAST : i have some fat on my chest and stomach too . if i did these exercises will it work and remove the fat or will it make a six pack but it will be covered with fat and it wont be viewable ?? plz reply ASAP

    If doing sit-ups hurt you tailbone (like me)

    Try doing an active plank
    Start in plank position and slowly lift your right leg bringing your knee to your elbow but don’t try to touch them
    Bring your right leg back into position and repeat with left

  15. Hurts my tail bone when I do sit ups, so I just gave up.

  16. @wumeista4645 try 3×60 a day after a 30-40 min jog and eat lightly 3-5 meals a day it works for me i’m 78 kilos btw and im 18

    No you should not do more rep/set what u need to to is maybe go down on 15rep
    And try to focus on do it right make sure u feel pressor on the abs at all time insted.

    whatever you do don’t try it.
    I broke my leg when it fell off
    (it was rather high)

  21. Hey, i have a question. I am pretty skinny and i wanted to get abs. I do about 5 sets of 20 crunches, but i dont feel any soreness the day after which leads me to believe that it didnt help much. Do you think i should do more sets or reps? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. =)
