  3. Hi,

I’d tried this method today. It is really fun and can feel it works. Really amazing. Thanks. My Q: When do sit up, when is for exhale and inhale? Thanks for helping.

  4. Hi, lifting weight does build muscle, which can increase the size of your arms. However, you have to determine whether your arms are large due to excess weight. If you lose excess weight/fat, you arms will be thinner and have more definition.

  5. Hi, once a day and at least 3 times a week. It’s not necessary to do any more than every other day at maximum.

  6. Hi, do you mean 5 lb. weights. If so that’s fine.

  7. How many times a day or week should this be done to get a really good result? thx.

  12. Hi, thanks so much for your kind compliments. I really do believe that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. Patience and consistency is the key. I’m so glad I helped to inspire you. Stay inspired because it is possible. Please do have patience because so many people give up before they reach their goals because they get tired of trying when it doesn’t happen fast enough. All things worthwhile take time :o )

  13. You are too cute, friendly, and helpful! You have an amazing body and I KNOW every fitness buff out there wants to say that if you put your mind to it , and stick with it, you too can achieve results. But hearing your encouragement has really inspired me. Hope to achieve results like yours!

  14. Hi, reducing your bust area can be done by burning off calories with cardio exercises. Exercise that gets you sweating and your heart pumping is what will help you eliminate excess fat from your body, including your breast area. Weight training exercises will help to tone and build muscle. To strengthen and tone your chest area, exercises like pushups can help as can specific weight training exercises like bench press and flies.

  15. will this exercise reduce the bust area? I hope so, that’s where all my weight gain goes, there and my stomach. Please reply. Thanks

  16. Thnx again. And deff no problem I’m gald I found u.

  17. Hi, thanks so much for your wonderful compliment! Toning up your waist with oblique work and doing abdominal exercises like crunch routines help to tighten and tone that area.

  18. Amazing! U look fab!!! How do I get the v cut? Please answer back.

  19. Hi, thanks so much for the terrific feedback. Oblique exercises are very helpful in achieving a small waist. Glad you liked my video :o )

  20. Well, the only analogy I can give you is after my pregnancies. I had a small waist most of my life. Before I had children it was small and then, of course, with my two pregnancies it grew a huge amount. It took me about 1 1/2 years after each child was born to get my waist back to its former small size. Now I just maintain it with diet and exercise.
