    i do all of tht im 14 .
    i also do 3 sets of 10 12.5kg weights.
    33 press ups
    3×3 chin ups
    2×15 5 kg weithgs

  7. dude you still need to do cardio everyday and watch your nutrition to get abs, 95% of getting abs is losing the fat. and you wont get abs in 2 weeks

  8. also do them slow when ur in the sit up position go up slowly then at the top hold it for 2 seconds, it burns alot more and works faster

  9. ur supposed to do ab work outs every day, and lift weights every other day
