Please tell me the most effective exercises and how long it will take for the six pack to show. I am begging for abs. I’m a pretty fat guy so please tell me what to do step by step. I’m 14 btw. I want to burn all the fat and get a nice looking six pack. Thanks.

  1. You haven’t said exactly what you weigh, but your first step is to implement cardio into your life. It’s impossible to build muscle over fat, so I would suggest running, jogging, biking, etc. 30 min. a day, starting with 3 days a week. Cardio is especially important because it slims your entire body and it’s great for your heart. From there, ab exercises will become more effective.

  2. Run. You can start by walking 5 minutes, running 1 (or however long you can) and gradually start running more and walking less. Do this for at LEAST a half hour every day.

Stop eating junk food, fast food and soda pop. If you must snack, eat raw veggies and fruits.

To tone your abs, I do this workout:
3 sets of 25 crunches. 3 sets of 25 crunches with my shoulders flat on the ground with my body twisted so my right hip is on the floor (you’ll be working your sides) 3 sets of 25 crunches while laying on your side, bend at the waist and act like you’re reaching for your toes. You can bend your legs if you need to keep balance. Work up to as many crunches as you can per set. This workout is what I use to lose my baby belly after I had my kids and it works wonderfully. I get a 6 pack every time.

    Whats_This?!

You didnt say how much exactly you way, but i will take your word when you say you are really fat.

Run or walk, and do crunches. I recomend 200 crunches a day, but so sets of 50. Being pretty fat myself, they hurt at first but they honestly get better and easier

Good Luck, Keep me updated, you can message me if you would like
