    Oh! I should have thought of that so much earlier! I have been wanting to get rid of my belly because my friend’s mom brought it to my attention that I have a bit of a belly, and apparently I am over weight for my age. So, I asked on Yahoo! Answers how I could lose belly fat and a friend gave me this! Thank you mysterious man who is showing me these crunches!! I really hope I start getting results soon!
