    ive been doing something similar for the last year, just flexing your abs as you sit and play video games or work it works well, just remember to keep doing it

  19. when i started doing karate when i was little they taught us to do this, been doin it ever since subconciously. makes me think my chest could be bigger if i used that to breath though.
