2.  Another tip on how to lose weight after having a baby is to eat healthy and frequently.  This will also help increase your metabolism.  Some of the foods that you can eat includes lean meats, yogurt, whole wheat breads and pasta, and veggies and fruits.  Try to cut back on fried foods and sugary sodas.

3.  The third thing you can do to that will help you drop the fat is sleep.  This is important and a lot of people don’t know this.  But getting enough rest, especially when you’re eating healthy and working out, will help you lose a lot more weight.  I know it’s difficult to sleep sometimes, because the baby needs your attention.  But whenever the baby is sleep, try to sleep too.
