dude im joining the navy in 2010, if u do enought sport and work out every second day in the gym, ur gonna be a monster and are gonne be able to run your 2.4 kilometers in 8 min belive me. the stuff the guy said is true (mostly) but u dont have to do it this extreamly if ur like 21 or 18 like me. sport >food clearly but food has an effect on your body that is very true just eat when ur hungry dont over do it, and the most important thing is ONLY WATER thats so true and A LOT of it
