anyone have any good fat burning exercises?

HELP.
im 14 years old.
a girl.
and am about “5’5″
i wiegh about 135
and i would like to loose ATLEAST 10 pounds before august 20th.
so.
dont tell me its unhealthy or “un -natural” or im not going to be able to do it.
thats not what your here to tell me.
sorry…if i keep biquering.
im just saying…its annoying.
i asked for good FAT burning workouts and a good diet plan..NOT if this is going to be unhealthy or not.
theres gotta be a healthy way for everything.

  4. Okay, first things first… your diet. Eat a large breakfast in the morning, with fruit, fiber and protein. For example, I eat a bowl of Smart Start and then have a banana. Don’t starve yourself… if you skip a meal, that isn’t good for you, either. Snack on granola, homemade trailmix like gorp or freeze yogurt sticks. Drink water, fruit juice, iced tea or “amped” waters like Propel or Life Water. Lunch should be light, like a sandwich or something. Dinner should contain a good healthy dose of vegetables.

    As for an exercise plan, get out and get moving. I lived rurally growing up and my version of exercise was beating a tennis ball into the garage, throwing a tennis ball into a garage or else biking to work instead of bumming rides. Get out and get moving. Turn on the music and just move to it. Swimming and running are great exercises if you have access to a pool/lake or a good road where people don’t intentionally aim for you. Even if you can find a trampoline, jump around on it. If you do choose a cardio workout or running, use a resistance wand or weights. Just get out and get moving.
