Anyone got tips for me to start getting abs in less than 2 months. I’m fat am I able to lost this fat and start getting abs ?? I don’t like the way I go to the beach I feel embarresed Please give me tips on what to do everyday and for how long and when I will get abs thanks and anyone got a good diet for me

  2. Try eating 3 meals a day. Don’t eat junk for snacks, try an apple instead. Drink plently of water in place of soda. And excersise always works.

  3. To burn fat you have to do cardio. Then, to target your abs, do core workouts, crunches, and situps.

    I’m sure you have to have a good diet too.. I hear you should stay away from carbs & carbonated drinks because it makes you bloated.

    if you’re a female…it’s really hard to get those abs even the slightly visible abs is hard to get if you’re a female due to your body’s inability to produce testosterone which is a muscle boosting hormone.But,with testosterone supplements and consistent hard works at the gym resisting those 60lbs above weights,you can get them.

  5. I always felt bad when I went to the pool or beach. I just couldn’t get rid of my fat belly. Here’s a good site I found that really helped flatterabsfast.com It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before… Best of luck to you.
