  1. ’tis true. I always tell people that in order to counter-act any increases in total body size via strength training, it is important to start eating VERY well right away. :-) However, it is kind of tough to dramatically increase the size of the abdominal muscles to notice much difference. The thighs, on the other hand, can increase fairly quickly… and people notice ANY increase in thigh size VERY easily. :-)

  2. Swimming and cycling can tend to be the worst way to burn fat… for a variety of reasons. For starters, both modes are weight-independent; in other words, your body either floats or is supported by the bicycle seat. Also, muscles tend to only contract concentrically (shortening muscle fibers) rather than eccentrically… the ENTIRE basis behind my book, Exercise YOUR Eccentric Genius.   4. people who have a little fat on there tummys might get an oppisite effect at first because the muscle builds up under the fat sot you might look larger. so dont get disencouraged at first if that happens.

  20. why pay for fitness just buy steroids and workout for 7 min each day and in 2 days you will be great.
