  2. do total body scult with gilad twice a day on FItTv and the results are amazing. plus you have to eat right. eat speical K cereal and bars, yoplait yogurt, and lots of fruit. ive lost 25 lbs

  8. what s the diferent muscles you work in the first and the last exercice?

    The tension in the neck it is a problem that gets solved if you use pilates exercices for doing the abs .I do both as i take care of not forcing my neck and hold it with my hands but still is not the best solution.

  9. how long did it take them to start to show?
    im at week 12 now, and still nothing, although those exercises became very easy. i barely sweat after doing this…

  10. you are probably straining it. make sure to breath during the video. breath out when your excreting the force (doing the sit up). Also, be sure not to tuck your neck in and look up toward the ceiling. hope that helps

    ive been doing this for about a month and after i do it, the front of my lower neck seems to get really tense (right under my adam’s apple). any tips on how to get this to stop???

  12. yeah your muscles will be sore from doing this is your new to it. I would start off doing them every other day and then move into everyday.

  13. Is the area directly underneath your chest supposed to hurt a lot? I just started doing this, and it hurts where I don’t even want to do sit ups anymore.

  15. Your body fat percentage is still too high, unless you run like everyday your body percentage will stay where it is. Your not fat, but not not fat enough for them to show.

  16. I have been doing these for about 7 months and they do show after a while but it also helps to run and eat healthy.

    Its good to share stuff like this though.

  18. mostly alone. People actually noticed my… forms :D I am committed because I want to look as good as I can. I’m not fat though, maybe that’s why I can see results, lol. I think that every person is different so it might not work at all for others…

    i am NOT fat, not even close…

  25. I’m doing this exercises daily, and I’m also trying legs and buns, all three in the same half an hour. I don’t diet or doing any other sport but after only 2 weeks I can see my abs coming out and my buns are hard! They are right, great abs in no time. I’m going to continue doing them as often as I can! Good luck for the rest of you!
