What abs exercises should I do?
Im 16 I hav my upper 4 abs ripped but not my lower 4 and I don’t know what type of abs exercises I should do so that those lower abs get ripped. I jump rope for 10 mins before n 5 mins after I workout and take weigh proteins. How long and what type of abs exercises should I do to get my abs more ripped. I currently do bicycle crunches.
