beth asked: My birthday is December 23, and I will be 21 years old. I weigh approximately 130-135lbs now & i would like to weigh about 115-120 for my birthday. I have to look HOT because my boyfriend and i just broke up, well I know he will be at the bar that night & i got to be looking damn good if you know what im saying..haha. plus i just want to lose some weight…but any tips to help the weight come off faster. I’m really not willing to go out and buy any special diet pills or anything like that because im living on a pretty tight budget. but natural weight loss tips, exercises and stuff like that i would greatly appreciate.
also do you think my goal is even a possibility..to lose that much weight in that time frame?
