According to Mike Geary, the author of the Truth About Six Pack Abs, the fastest way to get six pack abs is to NOT focus on getting six pack abs at all. He claims that you probably have a six pack waiting to turn heads. All you have to do is getting rid of the total body and your belly flat will automatically disappear.

In the Truth About Six Pack Abs book, the difference you will notice is that unlike many other fat loss routines that give you half an hour workout for your abs alone, Mike has designed powerful CORE training routines that take you no more than 8-12 minutes of your total workout. And this Ab training should be done after your total body workout.

According to the Truth About Six Pack Abs book, strength training is important to get rid of body fat, although it shows equal focus on diet and nutrition. The difference in Mike Geary’s workouts is the fact that you will not find popular gym exercises like the dumbbell curl, or the leg curl or the calf raise etc… These are called single joint exercises and you will not find them anywhere in the book.

The total body routines focus on multi joint exercises like DB Swings, Front Squats, Chest Presses, and Rows etc, which work your major muscle groups. My favorites were the Renegade rows and the Single Arm Swings which really work the core abdominal muscles.

Diet and nutrition plays a major role in fat loss. Mike claims that 80% of fat loss is powered by diet and nutrition. If you follow a proper diet plan (eating 6 meals a day with lean protein and fiber in every meal), you will accelerate your metabolic rate to peak level all day long.

You can find these same tips for free on the internet, but the main difference is that Mike goes to the extent of showing how to get even leaner by eating special fats and dairy products which according to popular legends is supposed to make you FAT!

Unfortunately, I found certain stuff that was missing from The Truth About Six Pack Abs book. There are certain workout tips that can make a difference in your fat loss like the speed of repetitions, proper stretching, and examples of post workout and pre workout meals. These were nowhere to be found in the book.

Although these factors were missing, the Truth About Six Pack Abs has proven to work successfully with over 1000′s of happy customers and to be honest; the information in the back is more than enough to get you going in to accelerated fat loss mode.

Is The Truth About Six Pack Abs Ebook A Complete Scam?

If you’ve been looking for a weight loss product, there’s no doubt you’ve come across The Truth About Six Pack Abs.

This is one of the most successful ebooks in history and this article is going to give a short review of it so you know whether or not you should get it or not!

To start off, I have read the book. In fact, it’s sitting right here on my computer desktop (on my computer not my physical desk). One thing I liked about this book was that if he started talking about something “technical” that most people wouldn’t understand, he quickly explained it so that the average person could understand what he was talking about.

He covered topics such as when to exercise, exercising with or without equipment, isolated versus multi-joint exercises, interval training versus traditional cardio, and the truth about building up your abs to make them look great. The truth about six pack abs also goes very much into the nutritional aspect of weight loss. You see, nutrition is THE most important thing when it comes to losing weight and getting great looking six pack abs. Even if you don’t want six pack abs and just want to slim down, his nutritional tips are perfect.

He also gives you sample workouts and shows you (with pictures) exactly how to do the exercises he recommends. I loved that he did this because many beginners don’t understand what exercises are which and when or how to do them. To the beginner, this section may prove to be invaluable.

One of the things I didn’t like was that he didn’t mention that anybody can be following these tips. The Truth About Six Pack Abs kind of reads like he’s assuming that you’re already a fitness fanatic and looking to get to the next level, but this isn’t true at all. Anybody that reads the truth about six pack abs can look at it and adjust what he says to fit their own life. Most people don’t have time to cook, get food ready, etc. (at least they think they don’t even if they do) so it might turn some people off.

However, take my advice and realize that you can simply do as many as you personally can. I follow the guidelines in his book but not to the point where I’m eating like a fitness supermodel. I simply do what I can and knowing his techniques has improved my physique in a huge way.

Written by a personal trainer himself, the book is very well organized too. Starting with different parts of the stomach which most of us are aware of already, but tend to forget, the book goes on to explain the best set of abs exercises along with their pictures. These exercises can either be done at the gym or at home with the help of a fitness ball. At the same time, the book also shares some practical tips for performing exercises.

However, the book The Truth about Six Pack Abs has some shortcomings too. For example, as previously mentioned the set of exercises mentioned a series of exercises and instructed the user about the order in which it needs to be performed. However, these exercises were not given in a sequence making you turn pages after pages of the book in the gym making the whole exercise routine very inconvenient. However, this problem can be tackled by recording the entire exercise set on MP3 format in the same order as written in the book and listening to them while you exercise.

The e-book Truth about Six Pack Abs provides a creative exercise routine set, that helps you move and strengthen every muscle of your body and not only your abs. However, it doesn’t provide any methodology by which you can track your exercise routine. And this becomes a stumbling stone as measuring what and how much you have achieved is as important as doing the exercises itself. However, this can be tackled by filling the workout tracking sheets.
