  1. whats the best way to burn body fat, because i **** running haha but i dont mind skipping… i use a thai rope instead of a speed rope too

  2. Get your hands out from under your ***!

  3. very slow and get the fullest contraction of the muscle. the slower the better. and, the tightest you can get the muscle the better.

  4. Is it mainly about intensity or quality?

  5. This alone will not give you great abs. You have to combine this with a great cardio workout. :)

  6. well u probally need to lose body fat bc u could have rock hard abs but not be able to see them under ur fat

  7. Ah im going to do that every day 4 sure… before i saw this i did just the leg lifting part… now im going to do all of it hope it works…

  16. what a cutie

  17. TAKE! IT! EASY!
Notice the parenthesis? It was a joke!

  18. It sounds like you have some personal issues you have to deal with as to why you binge eat and smoke. It sounds like the pot smoking is not recreational but an escape, as well as the binge eating.

I hope you can get things sorted.

    cheers.

  19. Don’t lie to people, especially on this channel. Ab exercises will strengthenyour ab muscles, but ti will not give you”6 pack like you say.

The only way to get that “6 pack” is to loose body fat so the abs are more visible. Don’t try and mislead people here please.

  20. I have found that abs are the fastest healing muscle group, because you rarely use them extraneously during a normal day.
Just do a couple sets of these, and repeat when your abs have healed.
With patience and commitment you will get your six pack (visible results? I can’t really say)

  21. If you’re starting out do a test run of a couple sets and see how your abs are feeling the next day.
I would recommend no more than 2 or 3 sets the first week, up to 3 times a week. The best gauge is finding the number of sets that gets your abs sore, but no too painful, and working out again when you can do crunches without pain.

    Rest is very important!

  22. Gut Busters! Those were awesome!
We would throw our legs straight down and to each side, a full rotation being one rep, and do 45 of them, killer ab workout

I actually hurt an ab from doing that once, healed quickly though :P

  23. Thanks for the advice, but I know how body fat and muscle development works thanks

I have an incredibly high metabolism, but I’m a stoner binge eater, and cutting down my food intake to a normal level has eliminated what little (and I mean little lol) baggage I accumulated in a few days. Eating healthy and not binge eating really gives me a lot of extra energy that would otherwise go to digesting a week of binge eating :P

  24. Everyone has body fat or you wouldn’t be alive ;)

If you want more definition drop your caloric intake, or burn more calories by doing some kind of activity.

You will benefit from strength training, but you can not “spot reduce” body fat in specific areas by working them harder/ more often. Body fat comes off the body as a whole, not specific areas.
